Both current company and previous use home grown - time tested menus.
Some of the menus at my previous employer were provided by the
software we used.  We had a program to secure options from those menus
as needed, and could restore security to objects after fixes were
applied.  Reports gave menu options that were new or changed.  Time
consuming, but necessary.
