It was me.
If you recreated a DDS defined file via DDL, _AND_ it contained date data
type field(s), the format level id was not the same. IBM issued a PTF that
fixed it so that the format level identifiers were the same, BUT, IIRC, it
only worked if it was an *ISO defined date field.
This was V5R4. I do not remember the PTF number. Been a year or more.
