I remember this particular problem, and it was far broader than
described by IBM.

We had several customers that were effected by this, luckily a fix WAS
made available, but in general, IBM still shows their QA isn't any
better than the one of their competitors.

A few days ago i had to open a PMR because OpsConsole did not work on
a vanilla Vista SP1 at all (it didn't even start).

If you're wondering, this was PMR 64747,212,848, and it will be fixed
in the next CA Service Pack.
