Thanks Pete. I got it done once I realized the scroll up arrow toggles between the octets and once you're on the octet you want, you press enter and then scroll up to the number you want.

Page 55 of the manual I referenced, Bryan (Ethernet Interface User's
Manual). Once to get to the options, you *scroll* through the numbers
until you get to the one you want. You select one octet at a time. It is
tedious but only has to be done once.

SCROLL to 'Ethernet Parameters' (only appears of ethernet feature is installed)
Press ENTER
SCROLL till you see option to set IP ADDRESS, etc.
