When a printer writer is started using STRPRTWTR, it defaults to *Inquiry messages being sent for
changing forms etc. This is useful for impact printers because the user needs to adjust the tractors.
However for laser printers, and other cut sheet printers, it still sends the message. Is there an
easy way to inhibit these messages for cut sheet printers? I don't want to use the system reply list
because we have a mix of cut sheet and continuous forms printers. Some printers need the message,
others don't. I really don't want to have to manage the system reply list.
