Yes and no. IBM i does not support policy routing, so you'll have to
use other ways.

If you have a specific destination in mind, you can create a route
that uses a gateway on said subnet.

You could also bind to a specific source IP in the application that
opens the FTP connection.

It really depends on what you exactly want to accomplish.
