I had a problem with them on a return during which a manager basically
shot his mouth off at me, and on a separate return shorted me $5.00.

I can understand refusing to set foot in a Wal-Mart; given their
propensity for abusing both employees and suppliers, for making grossly
exaggerated claims about having the lowest prices, and for intentionally
driving small-town merchants out of business, I vowed some years back
that I'd never set foot in one even to save my own life. But what's your
quarrel with Best Buy?
