DSPFD won't give it to you.

You can use iSeries Navigator, right click on the table and select "Generate
SQL...".

Or you could write a program that uses the API yourself. The API to use is
Generate Data Definition Language (QSQGNDDL) API

You might find that somebody has already put together such a program.

Option 5 in PDM objects on an SQL view show me the instructions needed
to regenerate the view.

I should be able to retrieve these instructions with DSPFD into an
*OUTFILE. If this is possible, what is the parameter setting for TYPE
on the DSPFD command?
