Does it have the right permissions? Does it work using ./tstcat.sh
from PASE commandline?

CALL PGM(QP2SHELL) PARM('tstcat.sh')
does not find it in my home folder.

This is probably related to how $PATH is set. Usually, the current
directory "." is not included in $PATH.

That implies that /home/jerry is NOT my current folder. I am not
setting a home folder on a machine where it works so I am trying to
understand why it is working on one and not the other.

CALL QP2TERM, and then pwd. In my case, i was in / (no home
directory). Why don't you just call the script using an explicit path?
