I have found a defect in Rexx on OS/400. I have a test case to prove it. It appears to have been broken for ever. It's slightly obscure. I don't want a PTF for the problem. I do want to inform IBM (Rochester) so it can be tracked, prioritised, and fixed in a future release. How can I do that if I don't have a current Software Maintenance Agreement (or whatever it's called now)?

I tried reporting it "Using the Internet" as described on:
http://www.ibm.com/servers/eserver/support/iseries/fixes/ basicswsupport.html

via the Software Service Request link but that just got me a call from IBM Support saying I wasn't current on maintenance and they couldn't help.

Regards,
Simon Coulter.
