The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I had a similar problem a few months ago, and updating to the latest
group PTF for the HTTP server solved the problem.
However, if you're looking for diagnostics, I'd look for the following:
a) Messages in QSYSOPR
b) Job logs in the spool
c) Log files in /qibm/userdata/httpa and/or /qibm/proddata/httpa
IBM software support has a tool called "httpAdmincollector" that will
scour your system for issues related to the HTTP *ADMIN instance as
well... so if all fails, contact support...

Any ideas of where I should start to diagnose the problem? TCP
connectivity is fine so I suspect there is a configuration issue at play
but I don't have a clue as to where to start. The last time I was in there
a was a couple of months ago and it worked fine then.
