Most of the time, if the last used date is blank, but the create date and/or restore date is years
ago, then usually that means the objects hasn't been used since the create/restore date.

I think it's also important to check the number days used as well. If the last used date is a year ago, but the number days used is in the thousands, it might be important to understand why that object is no longer used (was it restored recently, copied and used in another library, etc),
