Kinda of surprised there wasn't a WDSC-style hint offered, but maybe Joe

There is no vacation in the Pluta Labs. But to be honest, I never
thought of offering a filter as a possible solution, mostly because I
always caution my students against using filters over all objects in all
libraries, lest their fellow workers come and beat them with sticks.
But in the interests of full disclosure, I tried it out.
I was able to create a filter over all objects in all libraries of type
*FILE with an attribute of SAVF. It busted out 25% of my CPU for
several minutes, but it worked. However, there is one huge disadvantage
to this technique. When you create an object filter over multiple
libraries, neither the RSE view nor the associated table view show the
library (this same problem exists for members, and I've asked for a fix,
but none is forthcoming - it's time to enter an actual RFE, methinks).
You can find it by viewing the properties for an individual line, but
that's not a lot of help for a large list, or for a printed report.
So, no, RSE is not going to be a lot of help in this particular space.
