You can see the CPU serial number of the machine that did the save with:

DMPTAP TAPxx SEQNBR(nn nn) DTABLK(1 1)

where nn is the seqnbr of a library tape file -- that is, a tape file
with label = library name, if you used LABEL(*LIB) on the save.

The CPU serial is in the line with offset 002020 (on V5R3).
