The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
You should see what Aldon has done with their Community Manager software. It
even interfaces to the phone system, and an issue number is created
automatically, and the voice mail messages are saved as .wmv's

They have been improving it since the get go. It is an incredible
software/hardware inventory tool. They added the trouble ticket stuff in not
too long ago. And the adds to the side are quickly ignored if you are afraid
of that kind of stuff :-)
