They have been improving it since the get go. It is an incredible
software/hardware inventory tool. They added the trouble ticket stuff in not
too long ago. And the adds to the side are quickly ignored if you are afraid
of that kind of stuff :-)

I like what I saw on the Spiceworks homepage. I like that it's free! Our
Network admin likes Footprint software but it seems rather robust and
