I like that approach, may convert our incident trigger to an output
file, then just have the job scheduler kick off a timed program at
end of day that will just send 1 report from the daily file.
except for the security stuff, on terminations, they want to be
notified ASAP so they can delete signon & intranet access.

Amen! We had a report that sent out a detail email for each line that had
certain pricing issues. The recipient quickly put a filter in there to
put the email into Junk. One email, with the whole report, got them to at
least look at it.
