Another option may be to use one of the list spooled file APIs and
pick the ones of of hte list that your 3rd party app has put there. I
use QUSLSPL for this sort of task a lot, particularly as many of our
reports are on hold status so would never trigger the *DTAQ entry. You
can find utilities and example code to do *OUTQ manipulation at
