Had planned to help another person with a v5r4 upgrade this weekend. They had the CD for a while and were the v5r4m0 CDs. I pointed out that if they went to v5r4m5, they'd be better prepared to replace their 270 with a new i5 or Power box.
Well the Entitled Software Support website has been down most of the day. It's up now and we were able to download the LIC CD:

But I'm getting File not found trying to use download director and the HTTP method to download
