ERRMSG itself does what you were trying to achieve (and it uses a  
similar technique under the covers to send only the message text  
(OVRDTA) and attributes (OVRATR)) so one wonders why were you trying  
to use both techniques?

The ERRSFL keyword will solve both those problems.
