REXX goes waaaaay back and is another one of the "throw it over the
fence" products
that IBM has done over the years. (1979-1982) (1990 for AS/400 as I recall)
They "throw it over the fence" and most people are either not aware or
have never heard
of the feature or what it might do to help them.
There is a Programmers Guide and a Rexx Reference Guide.
Infocenter is running like a dog so I can't give you the manual numbers.
