with list(counter) as
(values(1),(2),(3),(4),(5),(6),(7),(8),(9),(10))
select counter from list
where counter not in(select thekey from qtemp/foxwell)
So if qtemp/foxwell contains 2, 3 and 5 you will get back: 1, 4, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10
