From FAQ at SoftLanding:
Create a form for the level which you wish to delete the source and/or
object. Edit the form and the line and change the code on the line to
"D"
for delete and then run the form. That will remove the object and source
from
the target level and archive according to your application definition.

You should NOT check out this object. The checkout record will not be
cleared when the form is run. By using delete forms, if you have
archiving
on, it will archive away the object that is obsoleted.

Unfortunately I am not using TO anymore at this company
From what I remember:
Do not use 21. No checkout.
Without worklist
Do not use 46. But add form in Work with Form screen.
Use 2 and F6 to add the line.
