My first guess would be a security issue. Can you GET any of the other
files? When you look at WRKLNK take option 9 next to some of the files.
Is the security the same?

I have used the Windows XP client to FTP stream files from the IFS
before.
But now, for some reason, FTP isn't finding the files (even though
WRKLNK
and a DIR via the FTP client shows them there:
