Nate,

Do you know if the user profile is in use? Also, check that
the UID is unique.

When I
CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(gelbardn) UID(7723) GID(6000)
I get the error
Not allowed to change UID of user profile.
However, I was able to change just the GID. I am logged
in as QSECOFR.

Any ideas? Thanks
