Review the T-AF audit [journal] entry to verify the error matches the
who and to what is not authorized. If truly the request was performed
under KEVINR and failed for the named object\type, then it would appear
there may be a defect... unless some private authorities were omitted in
the given, or that either the program was running adopting authority for
another user profile or switched. My test of the simple command-line
scenario shows the user can access the *JRN [with DSPJRN & WRKJRNA], but
in my case the user was then not authorized to the journal receiver.
