ops nav is pretty much called iSeries Navigator now, or iNav for short
(may help your search).
It is a free product. It may be loaded from the standard CD's that come
with your i. It is a part of iSeries Access. Some parts (not iNav) of
iSeries Access are chargeable.

Updates are available from:
http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/i/software/access/windows/casp.html

To see what level you are currently at:
Start, Programs, IBM iSeries Access for Windows, IBM iSeries Access for
Windows Properties
General tab
Occasionally some clod thinks the only part of IBM iSeries Access is 5250
emulation and goes into 5250 emulation and does a Help, About and finds
out that 5250 is running 5.8 or some such thing and thinks that is their
level of iSeries Access.
