Does anyone know for sure if the i5OS half of this process can't
deal with mixed case passwords? We do not have long passwords
enabled for normal signon and there is nothing in the Kerberos
manual that I can find that says mixed case passwords are not allowed

Has the Windows admin run the batch file created by the Kerberos wizard?
My experience mirrors that mentioned in
http://www.itjungle.com/fhg/fhg050405-story03.html: the batch file
created doesn't always seem to get the right values. The good news is
that you can just read the batch file in a text editor and see the
password (in fact, you should be sure to eliminate the batch file once
it's done it's work, as the password is in plain text). As alluded to in
step 4 of the link, we had to play with various settings on the profiles
created to get them to work, as well.

If it helps, our password is mixed case with a combination of letters and
numbers. It is less than 10 characters, however.
