I have not received anything from the list, or from anyone else, since my
ISP went down at home on Sunday & not yet back up again.

I am replying to this by using my work ISP to access my home ISP on-line
webmail archives, to see if there's any urgent work-related or other e-mail
I should attend to.

Could be something is wrong with your ISP, or your connection to your ISP.
Or maybe someone black listed you or something.

I think that most people, on the list, participate during the week, and get
some kind of break on weekends.
