AFAIK, the JDBC settings option in "RUN SQL Scripts" (under
connect) does not change or set the default for either the
"Show definition" or the "Generate SQL" options found in
other parts of iNav. That said, the "Generate SQL" has a
FORMAT Tab that allows you to select either *SYS or *SQL
naming conventions.

I've not checked other places, but the "Run SQL
statement" iNav
thingy has a JDBC options item somewhere - you can set
naming there -
it might apply generally within iNav.
