IBM keeps changing the name of the computer to insure that it will never
have any recognition in the market place. We've had the same name for the
last two years, so I suspect that we will get another new one in about a
month or six weeks. How do you spell *BRAINDEAD?

Can somebody enlight me on paragraph stated in IBM doc below? What is
the different between the term "iSeries Access for Windows" and "Data
Transfer from iSeries and Data Transfer to iSeries graphical user
interfaces"?

<From IBM doc>
Data Transfer support for Microsoft Excel 95 and Microsoft Excel 98 will

change in the future

iSeries Access for Windows Data Transfer provides a Microsoft Excel

Add-in that lets you transfer data to and from an open Excel worksheet.

In a future release of iSeries Access for Windows, the Data Transfer

Excel Add-in will be rewritten to use a more robust Excel interface.

This interface is not available in Microsoft Excel 95 and Microsoft

Excel 98. Support for those versions of Excel will therefore be dropped

from the Add-in. This change will not affect the Data Transfer from

iSeries and Data Transfer to iSeries graphical user interfaces. You will

still be able to transfer data to and from Excel 95 and Excel 98

documents using that interface.
