How often is "frequently"?

We have remote sites from the east coast to Hawaii, so there is no
time during the week when the system can be switched unless it is a
real emergency. Switching has to be done on the weekend, meaning that
folks at every remote site to go in on the weekend, and even that has
to be scheduled around the sites that have weekend processing.

We've been doing one test per year, but starting this year the plan is
for two per year, one in the spring and one in the fall, with the one
in the fall to be cancelled if we do a real switch. (The main data
center is in the Miami FL area, so real switches are usually due to an
impending hurricane.)

We use Vision BTW.
