Maybe they have long been superceeded. But were they superceeded by any
ptf's you have? I wonder, since the cume you mentioned is from mid 2006.
I don't know much about "GA3" type of stuff. I did some limited
researching and that seemed to point more towards FSP code and not
microcode on any particular partition.
Microcode for i5/os seems to do something called "Respins". Like 540-F
would indicate the F respin of 540. I think there's a correlation between
either the RE*, or the MH* class of ptf's and respins.
