RUNSQLSTM used to require ST1 - I don't believe it does anymore.

One caveat - RUNSQLSTM will not do SELECT statements.

Note, QSYS/RUNSQLSTM requires licensed program 5722ST1. One of the rags
had a command (I think called RUNSQL) based on STRQMQRY, a command part
of OS/400 and i5/OS.
