I think it only gives you the following commands:
STRSQL
STRQM
CVTSQLCPP
CRTSQL*
See WRKCMD QSQL/*ALL
Runtime support has been a given as long as I can remember. Then again, I
try to forget stuff on earlier versions of the OS asap. Perhaps back in
the dark ages RUNSQLSTM required ST1.
