You might want to consider asking IBM to give you a new BP. Or a new shovel
to use when your current BP starts talking.

I am still waiting on my December 14 WAS 6.1 order from our business
partner (and I will be taking Rob's advice and setup Passport Advantage
tomorrow).
This is the BP's latest excuse - "As you may know all software upgrade
orders come from IBM Boulder. Boulder has been shut down for almost 2
weeks now due to extreme whether. Prior to that IBM Boulder was engaged
in the process of "totally" replacing" their order entry/processing
application and have experienced lots of lost orders and data."
I have not heard the Colorado was 'shut down' because of weather.
