IBM replaced that power supply that we got notified about when we were
replacing the other one last night.
While on the way here this morning with the new power supply, yet another
one blew. This one was also in the CEC but should be hot swappable.
Summary: Last week - hot swappable, Last night - downtime, This morning
- hot swappable, This afternoon - supposedly hot swappable.
We are having our electrician dig up this thing that monitors power and
records stuff like outages, brown outs, surges, etc.
ps:
And, does your spell checker also suggest replacing "swappable" with
something that certain email scan utilities might deem "objectionable"?
Don't reply - it's too offlist. Just "food" for thought.
