That varies from vendor to vendor. You need to make sure they
will "cross over" correctly. I have been burned a few times trying
"other" brands, but you can often use other brands quite well.

I would order no more than two or so until you can determine
if they will work.

IBM tapes for under $20 is a rare thing indeed.

I just googled that part number and Imation offers that tape
for $19.

I'm sure most of the major tape suppliers offer a similar deal.
