Re: DCR for HMC setup

A better placard would be a "read me first" on how to start the
machine up using the appropriate console. The total lack of
documentation for new machines is approaching stupid.

I have accepted the InfoCenter as a fact of life but the list
has had several fairly experienced folks who were really
struggling to just get the machine up and running.
