Time zone objects were also originally deigned like job scheduler entries,
one humongous object in QUSRSYS. I then persuaded Bruce Vining to change
his design, making them all separate objects in QSYS. That way you have
them when you recover QSYS, not waiting until QUSRSYS is recovered days
later.

Hoss, the job scheduler entries are in an object in QUSRSYS called
QDFTJOBSCD which is a type *JOBSCD. We save and restore this object in
our DR tests with no problems.

Subject: Job Schedule Entries

I think I remember somewhere about being able to get the file of Job
Schedule Entries off the IFS. Does anyone remember this or did I dream
it.
We are moving a customer from a V5R3 machine that cannot be upgraded to
V5R4
to a V5R4 box and wanted to keep those.

Thanks

Hoss
