So I was completely blindsided when you started complaining about
JavaScript.
I think you are missing my point of why I even starting debating with you.
Sure I understand that RPG-CGI developers code all their JavaScript. You
came out and (and no I am not going to waste my time digging back through
the archives) were making the population believe that EGL is this utopia of
simplicity, and given my experience of humans creating software for humans,
that time will never come.
I am not even debating that EGL is the next good tool from IBM (I hope to
use it someday if I can get my hands on a copy of it). I am pretty much
only debating your declarations of it's promise to i5 developers (and even
there it seems I have not understood your original statements - my apologies
for that).
