RE: eMail authentication

You're really SOL using QtmmSendMail until IBM updates it to allow
authentication.

I do have a 3rd party tool that will handle it. I know you said you weren't
interested, but if you NEED authentication, it will do the job. And it's
not that expensive.

We are emailing from our System i (using SNDDST and
QtmmSendMail)



Our ISP is now requiring authentication when we send email.



The last I knew the System i could not authenticate when
sending eMail.

Now that more and more ISP's are requiring authentication I
am hoping that there is a solution for me.



Can anyone offer a way for me to use SNDDST and
QtmmSendMail and authentic
