DSPSFWRSC and review the library [F11] each product gives, and then
its commands; use WRKCMD EachLib/*ALL to see what commands each gives.

As was already clarified, STRQRY is part of i5/OS, and presumably the

command of interest was WRKQRY which is part of QU1, and that comes with

QQRYLIB as the above procedure will show.
