I get a "sign-on to server" GUI pop-up. Signed on. Then I got a transfer failure because "A PC file must be specified when downloading to a file". Do you know what's wrong with my syntax?

Nice tip though, I'm making progress...

I'm trying to transfer data from a file in an iSeries library to an Excel file on my XP desktop with RUNRMTCMD CMD('rtopcb keys.dtf c:\keys.xls') and it doesn't work because it can't connect to the iSeries . The output shows:

I've looked at the NetServer file share, file authority, password cache, ODBC driver config ,etc. and can't figure out what's happening. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
