If your machine is currently at QSECURTY level 10, you can stay there
(though I recommend a thorough psychological work-up). Once you move to
a higher QSECURITY level, you will not be able to move back.

And IBM is willing to make some changes. Like, they no longer ship
systems at level 10 security. I'm not going to try but I don't
think
you
can even drop back to that level.

It's not listed as an option on CHGSYSVAL help text, Rob. The lowest
value
listed for QSECURITY is 20.
