The product is free, the maintenance is what is chargeable in my reply.

but earlier posts have said that after 90 days, additional maintenance fees
are required.....

<from Pete Massiello>
For customers who have QU1 and upgrade to QU2, then you get 90 days free,
and have to purchase it after that. </end>

which is it?

Joe,

It is so. What makes you think otherwise?

If you have QU1 and you have SWMA and you are on V5R4 then you get QU2
Free by asking your BP for it.
If you have QU1 and you have SWMA and you are on V5R3 then you get QU2
Free with your upgrade to V5R4 which is also Free.

In either case you get a base number of named users that is determined
by your Pnn software group. Above that you pay money but you DO get QU2
and the base named users for free. Period.

If you have QU1, then getting QU2 is what they are calling an "upgrade".

As long as they don't call it free, I'm good to go. I just heard from
several people that QU2 is "free" for people with QU1, and that just
ain't
so.
