If you installed your V5R4 Lic from RSF it is already on and no need to
worry. Otherwise you can just do a SNDPTFORD MF41210 before you install the
Cum.

If you press F1 on the DSPPTF panel, it will tell you what all of the
information means.
I checked via iNav before I applied the Cume and found that MF41210 was
already applied Perm. I applied the Cume and a basket full of Groups
last week and never had a problem.

I read in the PSP for cume C7226540 that MF41210 needs to be applied
permanently before a cume. Also, when viewing the PTF groups and special
handling for the group (SF99540), it shows MF41210 as 'pre-apply
permanently'. When I DSPPTF 5722999 MF41210 it shows as Permanently
applied. However, when I display the details, it shows as Type-Delayed.
My questions is: Do I need to do something before I install the latest
cume? Thanks.
