11 code error -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi,

I'm trying to use this command and returns an erros saying: It wasn't
copy because the 11 code reason

CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(EIQRY01/ITEMMASTER)
TOSTMF('/QNTC/10.12.12.2/SHARED/seam/ITEMMASTER.TXT')

What does it mean?
