Subject: Getting data into a PF from an Excel spreadsheet

Fellow Geeks:

Can anybody recommend a fairly simple way to get data from an Excel
spreadsheet into a physical file (given that we first create a physical
file with appropriate fields to receive the data)?

While the end-user is probably on V5, and might be a Host Servers shop,
let's for the moment assume that it has to work on a V4R4 box that is
*not* running Host Servers.
