Thanks for your reply and explanation.
There was _no_ explicit order for SI23296 in the request.
The PTFs ordered where: SF99186, SF99291, SF99316, SF99347 and SF99539 
(which are the group PTF identifiers).
I'll ask IBM to see if there is an explanation.
Btw, when I search the APAR database, I come up with a blank on SE25337!?
